Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, garlic powder, and salt.
Add Wet Ingredients
Add cold milk and melted butter (reserve 2 tbsp for topping). Stir just until combined—don’t overmix.
Fold in Cheese
Gently fold in shredded cheddar cheese. Dough will be slightly sticky.
Scoop & Bake
Scoop ¼-cup portions onto the baking sheet, spaced evenly. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
Prepare Garlic Butter
Mix the reserved melted butter with garlic powder and parsley.
Brush & Serve
Brush warm biscuits with garlic butter topping. Serve immediately!
