Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb 450g breakfast sausage (mild or spicy)
  • 1 package 11.36 oz Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix (includes seasoning packet)
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 –3 tablespoons water or milk optional for extra moisture
  • Optional: a pinch of garlic powder or chopped parsley for extra flavor

Method
 

  1. Preheat the Oven
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  3. Combine Ingredients
  4. In a large bowl, mix the sausage, biscuit mix (plus seasoning packet), cheddar cheese, and cream cheese until fully combined. Add a splash of water or milk if the mixture feels too dry.
  5. Form Balls
  6. Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls using your hands or a scoop. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing slightly apart.
  7. Bake
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  9. Serve
  10. Let cool slightly and serve warm. These pair well with ranch dressing, mustard sauce, or even hot honey!
